I HATE SONIC FANBOYS THAT HATE MARIO
and
I HATE MARIO FANBOYS THAT HATE SONIC
I am a fan of both Mario and Sonic characters (i play Mario since i was 4, and i like some Sonic games since i was 10)
BUT THIS KIND OF FANBOYISM HAS GONE TOO FAR
The classic question of
WHO WOULD WIN?
MARIO, OR SONIC?
Here's my anwser : NOBODY Neither Mario, or Sonic...
Here's why


Let's see each character's pros and cons

Mario :
PROS
Awesome Games, with endless fun
Awesome characters, well some of them...
Fireball powers (In his normal games he needs the Fire Flower to do that, but in Smash Bros, he doesnt need it)
Make himself bigger (Even giant size)
Fly (or float)
Spin like a tornado
He;s Stronger than Sonic (When Sonic is in normal mode, not his Super Mode)
Jumps with incredible height
etc. I cant think of more

CONS
Mario Party (Too much, i guess)
Almost the same plot everytime (actually, it works well, but it still fails sometimes)
He's Slower than Sonic (duh)
He cant be able to match Super Sonic Abilties
Needs items to each power
Dies easily without a Mushroom



Sonic :
PROS
Good platform games (The ones that are not 3d)
Sonic Adventure 1 FUCK YEAH
Incredible Speed
Super Sonic
Grinding abilities (u know, like skaters )
Nice style
Homing Attacks
Spin Dash
Rapid Attacks
YAY TEAMWORK
etc.

CONS
3D games that suck
Different stories, but not too cool, some of them fail (*cough*Sonic Unleashed*cough*)
Needs the 7 chaos emeralds to transform, which takes a lot of time.
Weak (er than Mario)
Terrible defense
Annoying characters (Like Team Chaotix, AM I RITE?)
Cant Fly
He dies without money

Now
Here's the battle

Sonic runs like an idiot, evading Mario's attacks
But if mario hits him with one of his TOUGH punches
Sonic's pwned
BUT
He uses homing attack
BUT
Mario is big
BUT
Sonic makes him dizzy
BUT
Mario squashes him

Sonic escapes
BUT
Mario catches him
BUT
Sonic escapes again
BUT
Mario throws fireballs and Sonic is hurt
BUT
Sonic does a Spindash, mario falls, and he's also hurt
BUT
I CANT THINK OF ANYMORE

The point is
Mario is strong
Sonic is speedy
If Sonic gets the 7 shiny things
He bcomes Super Sonic and Mario loses
But getting the 7 chaos things takes DAYS
And the battle just takes 1 day
So that's impossible
ACTUALLY
Why are they fighting?
WHY!?
Just because they are "Rivals"?
THAT;S STUPID
THAT'S THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEAR
THEY SHOULD BE FRIENDS, NOT ENEMIES
SO THEY CAN KICK SOME ASS
AND BE MORE AWESOME
